SandyCarolina is an apparel brand based out of Los Angeles that offers, wardrobe essentials, athleisure wear, as well as custom made and reconstructed vintage pieces. The brand is named after owner and brand creator Sandy Carolina. It is Sandy's mission to offer a sense of style and fashion that empowers confidence, versatility, sophistication, and sexiness for today's individual.
Having a good eye for fashion even as a young girl, Sandy learned a lot about styling and designers from her mother. Born in Peru and raised in Los Angeles, she studied at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise (FIDM), where she acquired the skills that helped her create the SandyCarolina brand and website. What originally started as an Ebay store that opened in 2014, soon became www.shopsandycarolina.com that launched in August of 2015.
Inspired by unique vintage pieces, the Reconstructed Vintage Collection was launched in 2016. All of the vintage pieces are one of a kind, hand-cut, and reconstructed from sustainable fabrics. In 2020 the online store was relaunched as www.sandycarolina.com, and with the influence of the pandemic the Athleisure Wear Collection was born.
